Guest guest
Dear Dr. Bhate, I noticed in this post that you said this person should not have garlic and milk if they have skin diseases. Do you mean that for just this person or is garlic bad for any skin disease? Would you please explain? Thank you, GB Khalsa >By grinding garlic and drinking it in milk gives good >result in blood pressure. Garlic is a accurate >medicine for blood pressure. Guest guest
All heat producing substances like garlic and chili should be avoided in skin disease (PItta condition) Blood pressure is always benifited by clearing the blood of excess ama this benefits kidneys and liver function and makes blood less viscous therefore less pressure on kidneys. Avoid fried foods and other heavy difficult to digest foods. Emphasize plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Take digestive aids with all meals. If too much heat is present then body should be cooled with cooling herbs. ayurveda, Guru Khalsa <greatyoga> wrote: > Dear Dr. Bhate, > > I noticed in this post that you said this person should not have garlic and milk if they have skin diseases.
