Antibiotics profilactic suggestion?

Dear Members:

I haven't post recently, my son has to catheterized intermitently,

due to suffer from a neuropathic bladder. As such has to take once a

day antibiotics, can any body help with some ayurvedic remedies, I

did try cystone, and chandraprabha bati, that suggetion was given

some time ago by a Vaidya, but I lost conctact, I does not seem to

work, or at least in the urine examination shows +.
