It would be a embarassing situation getting

bald in this age.It'a quite positive thing that you

are not having a family history of baldness.Other than

heriditory there are several factors which contribute

in getting bald at an early age.

 

Dont worry here i'm pricribing some medicines.

 

1)Mahabhringa raja tailam.

massage throghly over the scalp for 10 min at

night.You may wash it next day morning or clean with

cloth.Do this daily. And importantly never use any kind

of shampoos, etc for washing your hair. Use only Reetha (Aritha)

or Shikakai powder.

 

2)Anu tailam

3 drops in each nostril daily as suggested by dr

mrunal.

 

3)Tab. Saptamrut loha.

 

2 tab twice daily with milk or with water after lunch

and after dinner

 

4)Narasimha rasayana.

2 spoons on empty stomach with warm milk daily. Do not

take any thing for 1/2 an hr.

 

Avoid spicy food, chilly food, potatatoes,etc.

How does Anu Tailam through nasya affect hair growth?

 

Is there an ayurvedic cure for male pattern baldness? I am 38 years

old, for the past 12 years the hair is thinning. It seems to have

accelerated during different periods of work related stress. I wonder

if the hair loss and hair thickness can be reversed or simply halted

through ayurvedic therapy.
