Guest guest
Dear Ole, Though it is a brief explannation i'm happy that you have understood. Thanks for considering my views. I shall procede later with further explanation if required. You are not supposed to go for nasya after Neti,During nasya avoid neti because you will also achieve effect of nethi with nasya, After nethi there would be a little shleshma vrudhi in nasal passage, this will interfer with the action of nasya. Medicinal properties of the taila need to absorbed through nasal mucosa and it should be in normal condition. In fact nasya is much more effective than Nethi therapeutically. Jatamamsi is good drug of choices for inducing a natural sleep and a good stress reliever. Actually Bhringa raja is a best drug for hair treatments as its one of the synonym indicating i.e. "KESHARAJA", king among the hair care medicines ther are several other usages of bhringaraja too. Frankly speaking i am not aware the more effective cobination product. I shall try to find out soon. Mean while im triying to find out the styudies in this regard as you mentioned. So you would favour Jatamamsi churna over Bhringaraj? Any ayurvedic combination product which is possibly more effective? I wonder if there are any studies showing these two above herbs to inhibit DHT hormonal blood levels? Any leads for a high quality Anu taila available in Europe?
