Guest guest
nobody has mentioned one the most important components in bed-wetting: food allergies a chronically inflamed bladder/urethral mucosa induced by food allergens can lead to incontinence simply implement an elimination diet, taking out the most common food allergens (e.g. dairy and wheat, but maybe citrus, soy, peanut butter or nuts, eggs, food additives etc), one by on over a period of 1-2 weeks, and observe the responses my son went through a very short period of incontinence, which i believed was developmental i showed him how to do kegel exercises, and reminded him to do them several times a day within a week, the problem was solved todd caldecott
Guest guest
Another thing, incontinence is also an adult problem. Today I read an article in The New Indian Express that says ladies often suffer from incontinence from physical exersion, coughing or sneezing, especially after they become mothers. Exercise of the pelvic and abdominal region is prescribed to cure this form of incontinence. Adult incontinence is a result of weakening of the urinary sphincter muscles. I am not talking about geriatric incontinence here. Also many children take a long time to grow out of childhood incontinence problems. Regards, Jagannath.
