Guest guest
Greetings, Absolutely there is a natural remedy for your imbalance. As I cannot diagnose you personally, I will tell you a few guidelines that will help. It appears to me that you have a Pitta and Vata imbalance. Please read message #5033 for more info on Pitta and Vata and the foods/beverages/spices you should take, and the ones you should avoid. Because your tongue is signaling to you (by the itching) that there is an imbalance, I recommend you see an Ayurvedic practitioner. The tongue is so very important, as it can show signs of imbalance in all parts of the body. The itching sensation may be a sign of a much deeper imbalance in the liver, blood, spleen or digestive system. Please read the post 5033, and pay particular attention to the Pitta section. In the mean time, avoid hot beverages, spicy foods and teas. A good tonic for you is 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera juice (buy from a heath food store) dissolved in a cup of room-temp water, taken 3 times a day. I wish you good health.
