Good morning, everyone,

 

Thank you for having this forum. I am new to Ayurveda

and want very much to learn more about this ancient

means of healthful living and healing. Could you

please suggest some good introductory texts that I

should read?

Hallo

legasy of charaka is the best advisable book to start with.

It is written by DR.M.S.Valiythan published by orient longman
