Surabhi Mudra (Cow mudra)is one of the most important traditional mudras . It is a rare mudra by which many sort of imbalance in these major systems of Ayurveda can be controlled and neutralised simple by the practise of this mudra. Balances all the doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha. It is especially good for rheumatic inflammation. Duration: Should be practices at least 45 minutes a day. Practice. Joining the little fingers of one hand with the ring fingers of the other hand does it. Likewise the middle fingers are joined with the index fingers. It is important that the thumbs remain extended and should NOT touch other fingers In the photo section of MudraMakers/ you will find a picture.
