Guest guest
Dear Keyur Moms do not worry about themselves as long as children are fine. Your first problem is her pain. Take 4-5 Litre hot water in a bucket. Add a handful of sea salt and add to bucket. Add 20 gms epsom salt to hot water and let both salt dissolve. While sitting on a chair, let both feet be put in bucket, resting on bottom. Bucket should be close to chair, so that water picked up by a cup and poured over her knee will reach bucket again. Carry on for 10-15 minutes till water is warm and comfortable. Do this twice a day, once at bath time, again in evening or before bedtime. In food, stop iodized salt and adopt sea salt. Juice of fresh green Coriander, Fenugreek (Methi), Spinach (Palak) with slight juice of lemon at breakfast time, about 200 ml after diluting 1:1, will give further relief. If you have a country cow nearby, get her early morning urine, apply daily for 10-15 minutes and wash the calf muscle afterwards. Keeping feet over a pillow at bedtime also beneficial. Hridyarnav Ras 2 tabs each 125 mg or Arjunarishtam 20 ml with equal water, after meals is the medicine, if she is not taking anyother allopathic or ayurvedic medicine. And lastly, after a week start local massage with warm Til oil, especially by a family member, this will give better circulation, lack of which is the reason for the pain. The reason for waiting one week is that pain must reduce first, so that she can withstand the massage. Massage should be done even when one day she has not walked. If you are getting Panch Gavya products in your neighborhood, buy a "angarag" soap for her bath. This gives a boost in blood circulation. In case soap is not available, she can use pumice stone locally. Do the above for 10 days, and enquire again for further course. The suggestions given above have been tried on "self" by this author when he too suffered for a few months!
