BREAST CANCER: Six cups of coffee can help

Women who have a high chance of developing breast cancer because of

their genetic profile can dramatically reduce the risk if they drink

six or more cups of coffee a day, say researchers.

Researchers tested the theory on 845 women with BRCA1 or 2 genetic

mutations that put them in the high-risk category for breast cancer.

Those who drank more than six cups of coffee a day reduced their risk

by around a third.
