Guest guest
Hello Ramesh, First of all, you should try to investigate the cause of your hypertension. The aim of Ayurveda is to remove the cause of disease, not to control the symptoms. There are a variety of factors which alone or combined can contribute to hypertension. Stress is a powerful causative factor, I have myself experienced hypertension from that alone. It would appear that you have a very stressful job. Consider this article for good tips: http://www.yogachicago.com/jul00/doctorrani.shtml Having said that, I would add that a close friend of mine suffering with hypertension is now off the allopathic drugs and symptom free after using Jiva Sattva Hypertension Health Care Pack Also, please consider to wear either a 5-mukhi Rudraksha kantha with 32+1 beads, a Rudraksha Swastya Mala or Siddh parad gutika with five mukhis. Drink one glas of 5-mukhi rudraksha water daily. This is very powerful to reduce stress and hypertension. You can get any of these these from Rudra Centre in Mumbai. Big Nepali Rudraksha beads are the best. Also you can get a free ayurvedic online consultation at the Jiva site. I have experience with them and they are very experienced. Best wishes, Ole ramesh_shenoy29 <ramesh_shenoy29 wrote: Do you have any natural remedy for hypertension? For the last three years I am taking Proponol 40mg two times a day and now BPis under control. I would like to know if you have any ayurvedic drug that 1.Control BP 2.Compensate whatever side-effects so far done by the allopathy medicine I am taking 3.keep vigour and vitality, essential for my profession, that is marketing. For instance, if you take "Sarpagandha" though effective, it will make your spirits down.

Guest guest
As a stroke healer I frequently come across hypertension patients. It may be arteriosclerosis in the west. But here neurological factors, Tension, excess salt, renal problems excess fluid in the system. It is the beating of the heart with extra force some times more speed, more count etc. Give shreebala, pushes fluids and reduces b.p. Mildly combine with serpaganda reduces count. Shathavari interferes with renal hormones and immediately reduces b.p. One can regularly take lime juice, amla base medicine, even orange and many other citrus fruits are helping. MEAT, BEEF, LIQUOR, these are wrong and unsuitable foods. Not sleeping during night, walking in hot sun all accelarate B.P R.Vidhyasagar. > Do you have any natural remedy for hypertension?
