Thank you for your reply Cybervaidya.<br>Yes, I

do have some good references on the subject of

preparations, my favorite being Mukherji's "Wealth of Indian

Alchemy", and Dr. Dash's books.<br>Also, the asava and

arista methods you mention are indeed similar to what I

was trying to achieve. Since then, I have finished my

extraction with Arjuna, and am pleased. It is a wonderfull

ruby colored liquor, and gave much salt from the ashes

of good quality (snow white with large well formed

crystals). I combined the salt with the extract, and have

given it as a gift to someone who suffers from

hypertension, and palpitations resulting from restricted

pulmanary arterial openings. They do not take any other

medication because they do not like Western doctors--so I

hope this helps strengthen the muscle with regular

use. I have also pointed out some anti-Pitta

regimens/diet that can help elliminate many of the

problems.<br>Thank you again.
