fats of all those things that are taken

internally!<br>as per to my knowledge...<br> <br>Amounts of

fat=<br> <br>GHEE<br>ghee=1 teaspoon(approx=5grammes)

<br>total fats(grammes)=4.0<br>saturated fat

(grammes)=2.3<br>unsaturated fat=1.2<br> <br>Coconut Oil<br>coconut

oil=1teaspoon(approx=5grammes)<br>total fats (grames)=5.0<br>Saturated fat

(grammes)=4.4<br>unsaturated fat=0.6<br> <br>Karadi Oil<br>karadi

oil=1teaspoon(approx=5grammes)<br>total fats(grammes)=5.0<br>saturated

fat(grammes)=0.4<br>unsaturated fat=4.6<br> <br>Prolonged use of saturated fat

is

harmful..it is therefore necessary to minimise the intake of

saturated fats.,replacing then if at all necessary by

unsaturated fats!
