Guest guest
As far as treatment is concerned both indralupta and khalitya are considered as kshudra - roga. As far as doshas are concerned it is taken to be a pitta dosha problem primararily, the anubandha of vata and kapha helps to decide the minor contents of treatment part. To a large extent application of oils or lotions is prefered. Sometimes oral medication is given as is the use of panchakarma treatments like rakta-mokshan (blood-letting) or nasya (nasal medication). The choice of herbs or drugs depends on factors like doshic- constitution of patient and of the disease, environment etc. Cybervaidya.
