Guest guest
There are times when you may find that being around certain individuals or groups of people leaves you with feelings of discomfort. It may be that spending time with a particular friend feels draining or that dealing with a specific coworker exhausts you. Being around toxic or angry people is also draining. And you may even find that being surrounded by a crowd of people lowers your energy levels rather than perks you up. This is not that unusual. Each of us radiates energy and is capable of being influenced by the energy of other people. It is important to learn how to shield yourself, so you don't unknowingly take on someone else's energy. While some people know how to instinctively protect themselves from being adversely affected by energy, most of us need to discover and practice the technique that works best. There are a number of ways to avoid being affected by people's energy. Shielding is one preventative technique you can use. Center yourself and envision being enveloped in a cocoon of loving and protective light. This protective layer should allow you to consciously regulate the energy around you. The intent to shield oneself is all you need for this technique to work. You can even create a trigger word to assist you in quickly creating a shield. Say this word each time you create a new shield, until the word and the shield become automatically associated in your mind. If you run into a person whose energy you find draining, you may want to cleanse your own energy field after your encounter. Sage, cold showers, singing, mineral water baths, spending time in nature, and a simple break to recharge are all ways to accomplish this. While it is important to know how to shield yourself from energy, there are those energies that you may not want to shut out. The energy of laughter from a newborn baby, the feeling of joy radiating from someone in love, and the frequency of calm emanating from an enlightened teacher are just some of the energies coming from others that you may want to have around you. Guest guest
Hi, I am Suresh and New to this Group, I would like to add on some methods to protect oneself for energies. Is is not necessary that you can be vampire zapped by humans, we can also loose energy when we go to certain buildings that have lots of electronic devices, travelling in buses. Those who are extremely sensitive gets drained in a couple of minutes. Besides the bubble method to protect oneself from energies, we can also create a 3D crystal triangle. Visualise yourself inside the crystal triangle and have your master ie. shiva, living enligthened master, goddess at the apex of your triangle. Most of the times protection build through visualisation is easily broken when we get angry or depressed. What I have also noticed is most of the time we only protect our front and forget to protect behind ourselves. Thus lots of psychic attacks are from the behind. Another method of protection is reciting mantras. As we recite mantras, we can visualise that the mantras are creating a protective shield around ourselfs. If the person is extremely extremely very sensitive to energies, it is good to do prana exercises like chi kung, to help build the auric bodies. Each of the auric bodies need to protected too. This are all unseen to our eyes. Then invite your master/god to protect you on all levels. There is also karma which we cannot avoid. Sometimes through such strong protection, we do get zapped as its lessons we cannot avoid to learn. Also Rudrakshas are mens best friend in protection. Through Kirlian photography and other aura scanning devices, one can see obvious white light emanating from the rudrakshas to protect the individual. The light or energy from the rudrakshas creates a protective film on the auric bodies, energising the auric bodies. The most phenomenal part of it is, the chakras of the individual is seenable and is protected in the aura scans. One last tool for healing and medical practitioners, it is good to place a small glass of salt wherever the practioner is working. this will absorb all negative energies transmitting during the sessions. The water needs to changed everyday. Alternatively, ten mukhi and eleven mukhi is great protectors for the environment. Guest guest
Welcome to the group Suresh, Very valuable and useful information, thank you for sharing. Another way to avoid the negative energies of others is to stop worrying or thinking about it in the presence of the people who send negative energy and try to focus on their positives and their positive energy, this way we can raise the divine or good-self in them. when we give importance to the negativity in people our energy will start draining, so we should stop giving importance to the negativity coming from others and focus on their positives, this way instead of comdemning or avoiding them we will bring those people under the light of god. we all have good self, God has made us that way, only the trials and difficulties of life on earth makes us negative, but every soul eventually wants to reach the light or love of God.
