Guest guest
ME TOO! But it looks like the end is not cut so I guess it's only used for puja. I have a Lakshmi Shank but I wouldn't dream of cutting the beautiful end of it. I wonder how the sound differs when blowing a Lakshmi Shank V/s a normal Shank. I guess it's spinning to the right (Dakshin-varti). Do you or anyone know of a temple where they BLOW a Lakshmi Shank? I have never seen (heard) it anywhere. But there MUST be... Prof. Satya Vrat Shastri told me that Srimati Lakshmi Devi "Comes running" to the spot where a Lakshmi Shank is blown. For me it is impossible to imagine LakshmiDevi running. I guess he means, She appears there. But where??? sacred-objects, greg <greg@s...> wrote: > wow > i would love to hear this blown > GREG
