Dear Soul,

Please understand the reality of "Karma". It is action-reaction. It is

impossible to GIVE or

take bad or good karma from anyone. We all, each soul in a body, from an atom up

to

Brahma, we ALL have our own karma. If I get a sacred object, and my karma

improves,

THAT is also my karma. We can only do as good or bad as our KARMA.

If it states in Shastra that donating gems is good karma for the giver then who

will say

that receiving a gem is not good luck? What sane man would reject a gemstone

gift? So by

gem donations, for Rahu, we donate a hessonite gem to a leper. And who will say

that's

not a lucky leper to get a flawless gem (jyotish quality MUST be used)? if

people are GIVING

away fine gems who is so foolish as to refuse one?

"Kind leper, here is a flawless hessonite gem, please accept!" <--- so what's

the harm?

Bottom line is that we all lose and gain exactly according to our karma. Even

changing

karma requires "Karma". So we cannot "give" OUR bad karma to another. The gem

for our

bad planet, to be donated, is not "bad luck" it is just a gem for that planet.

If it's jyotish

quality then it is always blessed.

YET, one common sense example is like this: A politician wants to harness Sun to

get

famous, so Shastra says for Sun must donate a fine ruby to a male government

leader. So

when searching for the recepient the giver can have their horoscope cast to see

who is the

BEST to receive the ruby from among goverment leaders... and what goverment

leader will

refuse a fine ruby that's good for their horoscope? On the other extreme a leper

doesn't

even know their birthdate

So giving and receiving, done correctly, is good for society.

Best rgds,

Richard
