I have been sitting here reading everything and I am just amazed at what is out there to be learned. Your art work, is positively moving to the heart and soul. I bought some tea and a CD. I am doing Kundalini Yoga with Guru Khalsa, on video of course, he is also on my Ayurveda list. Sad that you are on the West Coast, all good things seem to be out there. There is nothing on the East Coast I am afraid. Please, if ever you have a looooong workshop, I would love to attend. Thank you!!
