Guest guest
Hi. I agree with everything Kirkji has said. Scriptures state that anyone who is drawn to the holy rudraksha is because of merit and past life connection. University studies in India have explored what is called "rudraksha effect" Which is really innate intuitive inner connection that also develops, so really go withwhat feels right. Simplisitically, 1 mukhi helps you explore your connection with God. It also helps you detach from outer commotions, inner emotional upheavals as well and helps you meditate. 11 mukhi is a powerful protector and assists us in living a life of fearlessness..Or wear them both. YOu may want to try sleeping with them too. Have fun. Enjoy Prepare to be transformed. Namaste Kanti
Guest guest
dear kanti Ur knowledge on rudraksha is very great !!! Thanks for sharing the knowledge with us. I know some people complain about sleeping with malas as they get all tangled up, but it doesn't seem to me that sleeping on one bead would put that much pressure to break it. In fact sometimes, in recommendations, it is suggested that folks sleep with a particular rudraksha. Yes, they have electromagnetic properties, so holding in hand or using a japa mala is an excellent way to receive those properties. There is no difference between the Deity and the mantra and the rudraksha, so the effects from chanting mantra with the rudraksha or holding the rudraksha is very powerful indeed. Some energy healers will hold very large 5mukhi beads in their hands prior to working on patient ... Since the Rudrakhsas are the Tears of Shiva you can chant Om Namah Shivaya on any mukhi bead. Have lots of fun!
