how does body undertsand what mukhi we are wearing

One question , we are wearing different kinds of mukhi - one , two three and so

on.

but how come the human body comes to know that we are wearing a specific type of

rudraksha mukhi and it should give him those effects and benefits only ,

how a body is able to understand the rudraskha , i still donot know.

Can anybody explain me
