Earth Goddess Bhumadevi.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dear Mr.Shiva Rudr Dharmadeva Aryaji,

 

 

Namaste. i set on the exploration on the

glories of the Goddess Bhumadevi who is one of the two consorts of

Lord Vishnu with Goddess of Wealth being the other consort.

 

till now i could only easily find the glories of

Lord Vishnu. and with sincere attending of few lectures

on 'Vaishnavism' also the glories of Goddess Lakshmi.

 

i could only find that Bhumadevi was hidden by

the demon Hiranyakhsha beyond the Universe. later Lord Vishnu has

taken the 'Varaha Avatar' and brought back 'Goddes Earth' to the

exact place. i am still exploring to find more glories of 'Goddess

Bhumadevi' . and i also remember the story of Goddess Earth killing

the demon 'Narakasura' on her own even 'Narkasura' being her own son.

i will also come back with this aswell.

 

regarding Goddess Lakshmi, Goddess of Wealth

came into existence while churning the Ocean by the Devas and asuras.

on her existence Goddess married Lord Vishnu. and i also came to

know that Goddess Lakshmi plays a major role in expanding the

Universe by Lord Vishnu. in this way for one who wants 'Mukti' has

to pray to 'Goddess Lakshmi' first and then 'Goddess Lakshmi' directs

us to 'Lord Vishnu' for attaining mukti.
