Guest guest
Personally I don't receommend varnish as one it's unhealthy against the skin, and two yes it may block their energies. Please stick with inedible mustard oil, perhaps with some sandalwood or melted camphor mixed with it. If you have real problems with bugs then keep your beads in box in salt. Make sure they are wrapped in something or even in plastic. Or keep them in rice with some camphor or neem twigs. - chandrashekhar phadke Monday, December 16, 2002 5:48 AM Preservation of Rudraksha beads. Dear friends, It is a common experience that Rudraksha beads may get spoiled beacause of insect or fungus attack. It gets cracked and becomes useless. It is suggested that to treat rudraksha beads with oil preferably with Til Oil. I would like to know if we treat rudraksha beads with warnish, whether its electro-magnetic properties gets lost ? Whether such beads are useful to the wearer ? Thanking you and with best wishes. Chandrashekhar Phadke Catch all the cricket action.
