Maybe because I'm a new member and he hasn't been back to the Group here to have a look. The "Membership" section is visible on this List where everyone can see it. Unscrupulous people can sign in under another ID and then "spam" the membership base. Had similar experiences as moderator of 3 other groups but the circumstances were not as blatant Dr. Basnet's tactics.
