Guest guest
Dear Srinivas: I've just begun wearing rudraksha a little over a week ago. Shortly after, my friends went out to eat to celebrate a birthday. I'm a vegetarian and rarely drink alcohol. On this birthday night I decided to drink a glass of wine with my friend. Afterwards I noted that my rudraksha began to feel very ichy and uncomfortable. My impression was that since I drank the alcohol it was responding by normalizing my body and giving me that funny sensation to let me know that alcohol is not something I need any more. Just a thought. Guest guest
I think I read some scriptures, someplace (wish I could remember where) that say that it's preferable for rudraksha wearers to avoid meant, alcohol, and tobacco. But, even users of those may find that wearing rudraksha will begin to make wearers want to avoid those substances, over time. So, I would think it would be OK to wear them. I have found that, since wearing my rudraksham, I simply prefer to eat vegetables. I also could never meditate in the morning, just the evening. Morning meditations made me sleepy and too mellow. Since wearing the beads, I find that I can and prefer to meditate in the morning, as well as evening. So, I think their anergies interact with the wearer's energies to promote healthier habits. , "thestar777 <thestar777>" <thestar777> wrote: > Dear Srinivas: > > I've just begun wearing rudraksha a little over a week ago.
