Guest guest
Namaste: Some schools of thought say yes, others say no. At Rudra Center we share the notion that yes they can be worn during menstruation. Energetically and emotionally is a time when women can be in need of the benefits of the beads. Those that say no profess that this is a time of "uncleanliness" or when the shakti within a woman is moving in an out of balance way. There are temple that do not allow women entrance at such times as well. Some schools of Tantra would say that this part of a women's cycle is actually most auspicious and powerful. Seems that each individual will find an opinion that suits them. :-) In a message dated 3/20/2003 2:32:59 PM Central Standard Time, thestar777 writes: > Can rudraksha be worn during menstrual cycle?
