Akshaya Tritiya May 4th

 

In the vedic tradition Akshaya Tritiya is known as the day when the Rishis,

the ancient sages of India, performed for the first time Yagya i.e. a

ceremony to propitiate the laws of nature.

 

>From then on, it was possible for humankind to live life in fulfilment, in

accord with the totality of Natural Law, the Will of God.

 

This is why Akshaya Tritiya is said to be an auspicious day for starting

lasting achievements. This quality is very lively on that special day.

 

Akshaya Tritiya occurs in the lunar month of Vaishaka when both the Sun and

the Moon are exalted, (they transit in a zodiacal sign where they cast their

maximum beneficial influence).

 

This year it will be on May 4th.

 

And it will be a very extraordinary one because with the Sun and the Moon, 5
