Dear friends:

My friend and I, who are trying to grow rudraksha trees, recently got

a batch of 85 dried fruits. I would say just about every single one

of them had a three mukhi rudraksha in it. (At least all the ones I

peeled). I thought the 5 mukhi was the most common. Are there

different trees for different mukhi beads?

Dear Ryanji

Have seen scientific references that show hundredes of species and subspecies of

Rudraksa Trees from Nepal to Indonesia to Australia

>From what we have found each tree grows different Mukhi Beads for the collectors

to go through to find what is needed except for the One Mukhi Half Moon shape

5 Mukhi Rudaksa is the most common however the supplier Miss Kari obtained her

supply from maybe only bought from someone who is working with the 3 Mukhi

Oblong Rudraksa

3 Mukhi Oblong are an Indian Bead and from what you are describeing it is

possible these beads are from a species of Rudraksa tree that only produces 3

Mukhi Beads

How else would a person obtain totally fruit covered Rudraksa that are all 3

Mukhi

Can you tell me if these are the 3 Mukhi Oblong Rudraksa Beads

The 3 Mukhi Round is the Himalayas Rudraksa that are Eleaocarpus Ganitrus Roxb

and these trees seem to produce all the different Mukhis on the same tree

Thanks and Take Care My Friend
