Namaste.

 

Check the Index to Message Postings that is in the Files Page on Group Site.

Several people attempted to do so and we received some very good info from

Ashram in Hawaii that grows them.

 

There may even be some postings from April that haven't been catalogued yet.

Dear Kirk,

 

This is my correspondence with the grower in India and his advice on how to grow

them.There are several letters here, so you will need to scroll down. Barbara.

 

Dear Barbara,

Good morning.

Thanks for your order confirmation.

 

Your seeds order invoice is as under:

Cost of seeds :USD 10

Shipping :USD 20

Phytosanitary certificate costs:USD 15

Total seeds cost:USD 45.

You can send payment by cheque to our address by registered post.

 

Seeds germination instructions are as under:

The Rudraksha info. is as under:

Soak the seeds in cold water for 24-72 hours.

Grow in well drained, loam based potting compost in full light.From spring to

autumn, water freely and a balanced liquid fertilizer monthly.Water sparingly in

winter .Top dress or pot in spring.

 

Remove wayward or crossing shoots in late winter or ealrly spring when dormant

to mainatain permanent , healthy framework. Sometimes pruning is also done in

late summer or early autumn to prevent bleeding of sap.
