This mantra also helps for elderly people who are very sick, even to those who are bedridden due to serious illness. If a person can not chant this mantra because of illness or due to some other reason, one of the relatives or friend can also chant this mantra in front of sick person, which definitely helps the patient to get relief. 'Ek Pranav' means, 'The Pranav' or "OM" comes only once in the Mantra. 'Panch Pranav' means "OM" comes five times in the Mantra. 'Shatt Pranav' means "OM" comes six times in the mantra. 'Chaturdash Pranav' means "OM" comes fourteen times in the Mantra. I am giving the Ek Pranav Mantra, which is the basic "Mahamrutyunjaya Mantra". "OM" Tryanbakam Yajamahe Sugandhimpushtivardhanam ! Urvarikamiwabandhananmrutyor Mukshiyamamrutat !! The other mantras I will send on the site very soon. Thanking you and with personal regards. Guest guest
Dear friends, sorry for trouble. There is slight correction in the mantra. It should be "Urvarukmiwabandhananmrutyor" and not as "Urvarikmiwabandhananmrutyor". Thanking you.
