Dear Shri S R Dharma Dev Aaryaji,

Pranam

What are the 40 days disciplines to be observed while wearing a special Sidhdha

Mala ? I wish to order one for myself.

My son is only 17 years old. When I consulted your astrology section, he has

been advised to wear 1,3,7,9, & 12 mukhi mala. Since he is a college going boy,

I feel that 1 mukhi 's vibrations may be too much to bear for his teenage

mental setup. Is it ok if he wears only 7,9 & 12 mukhi's. Please advise.

One mukhi is for basic level of consciousness and also the other things that the

sun rules like blood and bones so it's ok for all ages. In fact there is never

a time where having the basic level of consciousness strengthened is a negative.

While texts mention it increasing a sense of renunciation this may not

necessarily be the case but improved equinamity and forebearance during rough

times is probably more the result. A teen will be a teen but his overall health

can be strengthened. Here's some other significant keywords for your teen based

on the beads. 3 faced=calm intellect, balanced thinking, without extremes,

7=service, and perhaps respect of authority, 9=calmness of emotion and sense of

self rather than emotional outbursts, 12=self confidence and easier desire

fulfillment without frustration and fear of failure. These are all good things.

What a great present for your son.

Dear Ushaji

Namaskar My Friend and thank you for your message.......40 day Discipline can be

as easy as wearing each and every day for the first 40 days......then also could

be wearing and chanting the Mantrasa selected for each and every day for the

first 40 days.....If you do not wear at night when sleeping is good to place

Mala on night table at head of bead so is next to your head while sleeping

What has been told by NamaDeva..... whose American name is Thomas Ashley Farrand

in his Healing Mantras Book with website www.sanskritmantra.com ...... is that

some time dureing the 40 day Discipline a person might find a day when all kinds

of obstacles present themselves so they cannot wear or chant that day

That is the day we look for as the day of breakthrough........That is the day

when opportunity for positive Change is presented to wearer by the Blessings of

Lord Siva and Lord Ganesha.......The wearer needs to recognize this day......

and simply turn their back on the world on this day......Continueing their

Discipline especially on that day......... and on to the 40th day they will

experience the Success of Accomplishment specific to the many values and merits

of the Holy Rudraksa worn

Yes I would support your Intuition regarding..... the daily wearing....... of

the One Mukhi if your Son is in the middle of his study years......This Holy

Rudraksa certainly pulls a person to the Absolute Field of Consciousness and is

really a wonderful Rudraksa for Meditation and Puja Purposes...can be strung as

a single Rudraska and worn for Religious Ceremonies

Answer to second question is Yes it is perfect for him to wear the combination

of 12 Mukhi Center bead with pair of 7 Mukhi on one side and 9 Mukhi on the

other side. 12 Mukhi Surya gives the Brilliancy Lustre Radiance and Strength of

the 12 forms of the Sun Surya. The 7 Mukhi Goddess MahaLakshmi is worn for

wealth in all areas of life and to protect from Saturn problems. Combineing

these Holy Rudraksa with the 9 Mukhi Goddess Durga Rudraksa that gives Self

Empowerment and Protection and you have a combination that influences Great

Strength, Confidence, Leadership and Prosperity with total Protection of Shakti

There is also an additional recommendation we sometimes make for students. The 4

Mukhi Lord Brahma and 6 Mukhi Lord Kartikeya Rudraksa are companion beads whose

values and merits support one another. The 4 Mukhi influences Creative Learning

Knowledge Wisdom and the 6 Mukhi Lord Kartikeya saves from worldly sorrows. This

combination gives discrimination in decision makeing and increased performance

in studies and Learning

Hope this helps My Friend

Wishing you and Family the Best of Health Happiness and Prosperity

Aum NamaSivaya Sivaya Nama Aum
