Guest guest
Greetings Members! I hope this email finds everyone well. I'm writing to let you know that I took a new job about 3 weeks ago doing fiberglass and resin fabrication 50-60 hours per week. While I am very grateful to finally have some decent-paying work, the work is terribly toxic and I am wondering if I should not wear any beads--I have been wearing only my wrist mala on a cord as a necklace so far. I have spent many days simply grinding resin castings and there is way too much dust to wear the full neck mala or a wrist mala. Still, a residue is building up even on the wrist mala tucked into my shirt on the necklace. I can brush it off, but wonder if the trace fumes and particulate mean that it'd be best just not to wear it. Given the toxic nature of what I"m doing, I do however like the idea of some energetic form of protection in addition to my Tyvex suit, respirator and googles! Any thoughts? Also, I am tardy responding to a few personal emails from members and working further on the questionnaire for the proposed study. I will get to them ASAP. Please bear with me as right now all I can seem to do is stare at walls when I get home from work! thanks and best wishes, elizabeth
Guest guest
Dear Elizabethji: I would suggest wearing 1 bead on a cord as a pendant. Either choose what is the "main bead" for you and wear that or alternate with several. Off the top of my head the "protecting beads" of 9,10, &11 come to mind..Also maybe a couple of 7 mukhi with that to assist you in gaining right livlihood without having to compromise your health. Take care. Guest guest
Maybe you could stick it in a plastic bag and then put it in the red silk bag that it came in and keep it in your pocket? Guest guest
Thanks Baba and Kanti for your suggestions. Will try the red clover tea and keep wearing the bracelet on a necklace string (it's got 9 and 7's). I'm glad the beads are not harmed. take care, elizabeth
