I read about 11 Mukhi Rudraksha: "..helps in Meditation and yoga sadhanas by giving self control of all senses and removes the problems of yogic practices." Is particularily good to wear this mala around the waist. Please look in our Index of Posting in the File Section. I found a wonderful chant that was a gift to mankind from Lord Kartikeya when researching this rudraksha. Should be listed under 6 mukhi I think. Take Care. The definition of the word Celibacy is ......the condition of remaining unmarried especially due to religious vows and this can easily be accomplished by simply not getting married so maybe you are meaning another word ? In the Age we have been born into it seems to be a basic requirement for each of us to learn to balance the duties of a householder with the duties of our Spiritual Path....and experience great Happiness in the process. Is really not physically or mentally healthy........ or necessary to deliberately sublimate sexuality to acheive higher states of Consciousness if that is your intent.
