Guest guest Posted August 24, 2003 Report Share Posted August 24, 2003 Hi Tina - there is a cheaper variety of two faced Rudraksha that is shaped like a fat almond and is known as "Bhadraksha". It is a variety of Rudraksha, but I am told, is considered inferior. Then as you have quoted, there is a round variety that is costlier but supposedly more powerful. I have both types and to be truthful, I can't swear I notice a difference. But that doesn't mean there isn't one. Just my two cents worth....
