Guest guest
Hi Kirk, Thanks for the information. I have one more question. I see each rudrakshi has a specific planet associated in some of the documentations. Like, not all people can wear a precious stone, does this apply to rudrakshi as well? Can any one wear the rudrakshi with out considering the planet details ( If it is favouring a particular person or not) for a specific person. Thanks, Subhash --- Kirk <kirk_bernhardt wrote: > 1, 2, 4 and 6, 7, 11, faced beads. 1 for basic > whole brain, 2 for mind, 4 and 6 also for mind, 7 to > lighten heavy burdens, and 11 for health for men. > - > Subhash.N.Vasist > > Friday, September 05, 2003 1:59 AM > RBSC : Rudrakshi Selection for person > ailing from Brain Tumour > > > Hi All, > My brother is suffering from Brain tumour. He is > born on 11th > september 1981 in chikmagalur, Karnataka. > > I would like some expert opinion on which > rudrakshi to be worn by him. > > Please advice. > > Thanks, > Subhash > > > To send an email to: > > > > > > Terms of Service. > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been > removed] > > > ------------------------ Sponsor > > To send an email to: > > > > > Your use of is subject to > > >
Guest guest
Hi, thanks for asking. Needless to say, this topic comes up frequently. If you have the time then there's much great archived information on the site. Kanti and Sy have taken many days to separate threads into topics. I'm sure this one is there too. But a quick answer would be that while some beads can pertain to planetary functions just as gemstones, nevertheless, they seem to work on a higher, and more spiritual level since they are associated with the Father - God Shiva. And as such, they have no negative influence as do some gems for some people. - subhash vasist Friday, September 05, 2003 7:22 AM Re: RBSC : Rudrakshi Selection for person ailing from Brain Tumour Hi Kirk, Thanks for the information. Guest guest
Unlike gem therapy, you cannot wear a "wrong bead." Wearing a bead for an auspicious planet will heighten the benefits. Wearing a bead for a malign planet will change it's malefic effects to more benefic. As Alan posted a few days ago, rudraksham are not only amplifiers of energies, they are also transformers of energies. Many of us wear all of the mukhi from 1-13 or higher. As I've posted, before, I am in a malefic Rahu/Rahu period.I am wearing an 8 mukhi (Lord Ganesha and Rahu). I found that:1) the problems predicted for the dasa are not manifesting. Instead, the dasa is happy and benign, and, 2) the effects of the beads have changed my energies so much (they break up karma) that one's birthchart becomes less impacting, anyway. They take one PAST it. BTW-- I think the beads would be of special benefit to mangliks. One reads a lot, in the Indian papers, of young people concerned about manglik dosha and marriage. Guest guest
Dear Subhashji, Namaste Saddened to hear about your brother at such a young age having brain tumor. Kirkji has given you good advice about the Rudraksha combination specifically for your brother. At the same time, does your family have a 'Family Guru' who can teach him the Mahamritunjaya Mantra? This is the most important mantra for your brother to listen to, and learn if he has time. Are you able to get him a Cd or tape by Suresh Wadekar that has a 'locking effect' that magnifies this mantra by many times.
