lalita sahasranama for lada's money wishes

Dear Lada,

Have read your asking about shri yantra, money mantras, etc., and also that you

follow Ammachi. Don't know if you are aware of it, but Amma advises disciples

to do the Lalita Sahasranama daily for both addressing material concerns and

spiritual growth for greatest effect. However, that's 1000 names! takes a little

over an hour, and I know you're pressed for time. However, in the book on the

Sahrasranam sold by her store, it gives certain astrologically potent days on

which to perform the mantra (first of month, 9th and 14th lunar days, full moon

days, Fridays, birthdays, and eclipses) if you can't do it daily. There are no

material puja requirements for doing this, just take a bath, visualize Devi or

your preferred deity with simple mental puja, and preferably do it in the

morning. Since you have a sri yantra, however, I"m sure it can't hurt it use it

for this purpose since the yantra is the material designation of Devi.

It seems that every guru and sacred text declares this and that "best" way to

accomplish all manner of goals, with all these best ways being different.

However, since Amma is dear to you, I imagine that following her guidance would

be particularly fruitful to you.

So, here's to your material prosperity! Om shree money for Lada namaha om!

Thank You ever so much for pointing this out.. Elizabethji.

Lalita Sahasranama is an extraordinary practice and the translation

from Ammachi Publications is particularily blessed.

I would agree in all that you have passed on to Ladaji ...

Even reading as much of the text as you can each day is very, very

helpful..or repeating one of Devi's Namas for a day for a thousand

days is a very high practice.

There is also a moderately priced Lakshmi mala of 108 + 1 beads of 7

mukhi on the Rudra Center Website that is very, very powerful.

I believe it is in the Japa Mala Section.

I get the message....loud and clear...I have several tapes, and I used to

listen to it every morning.....however, shortly after wearing the

'rudraksha' beads, I became very drawn to Vishnu.....so than I started

listening to a beautiful Vishnu [kavach] and salutations to Vishnu. I rcvd.

new items from Neeta last Fri. including a small SriChakra pendent in

crystal. I have been told that this period is supposedly [time to worship

for those that have passed on]. To commence my pooja etc, beginning

Navaratri....therefore, I have not done any pooja yet, ....to make the long

story short, I am wearing the pendent...the plus is that I have come across

several individuals, with additional infor re: my home business...

I appreciate, all of you reaching out to me to help. I have the CD from

Amma's ashram, tooo...however it is hour and a half long. I have a shorter

one, as well, chanted by a young girl.

With HotYoga, I've been drinking quite a bit of 'Gatorade' and 'Powerade'

[bad girl], with excessive amout of sugar and salt in it, my blood pressure

is unsually high, I am prone to low blood pressure....could it be the

'Yantra', I also have whole bunch of 'yantras' that I have ordered, plus

Ganesh, plus Parad and Crystal yantras. I have the mercury yantra sitting,

on top of my water fountain.

Is it possible to have, a rise in my bloodpressure with the immense energy

buzzing in my home, I have a very small condominium, or is it just me

getting old, [as today is my birthday]. I am very hyper with my clients

today!

Someone help me!!!!!I'm going out for dinner later, I need some sort of

'calmer downer' before dinner time is here.

Oh! the other question is 'how many yantras i should have in my home'.

I am going nuts......

Dearest Lada,

Please read this only if you wish for non-item/health related

feedback on your "going nuts" email--don't want to give unwanted

advice.

I was very struck with your apparent state of mind in writing. I saw

this swirling hurricane of holy objects and thoughts of "what about

this. and this.. and this.. and this...." ad infinitum. It felt very

familiar! My feedback is that perhaps what would help to ground you

is to stop buying many things and focus on ONE thing and ONE

spiritual practice and ONE primary diety. If the point of your

sadhanas is self-realization, then one-pointedness of attention is

indispensible, as all saints teach, even if this one-pointedness is

pure undying bhakta, as the gopis had for Krishna. If you love

dieties, it might help you to pick one and stick with devotions for

it from now till you are self-realized. Amma certainly teaches such

focus. If you love Vishnu, she welcomes you to celebrate Vishnu even

with the Sahasranama. Just place him on the bindu of your mental

seat of worship. These names are all designations of the one God,

but tendencies of vascillation will impair both your spiritual and

material progress (as well as your peace of mind!).

So while it is obviously ok to honor many dieties, perhaps as an

exercise, it could be fruitful for you to choose and worship only

one. Maybe you could even do a set time period of practice wherein

you will not honor any diety but your chosen one, say for a year, and

any festivals or sadhana will be devoted to it instead of whichever

one everyone else is worshipping on that occasion(I deeply doubt the

dieties will mind, since they are part of the One and would surely

rather see you, who has shown such love for them, make progress

rather than fritter energies on them). THen when your focus is

better, you can return to less frantic devotions and inquiries into

other dieties and objects, if you feel the desire then.

Final thought: sometimes I think excessive spiritual "shopping" is

about lack of faith. THey say the greatest act of piety is to

surrender all of your well-being to God. So, while I have personally

not managed to implement what I suggest, I am guessing that you share

a mindset similar enough to mine that hopefully this feedback is

helpful, at least as food for thought.

Wishing you blissful calm and peace of mind, and a knowing that you

are always blessed and cared for in God. And, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

much love,

My Dearest Sis:

I love you for your love and generosity in helping me, and constantly

helping others. You are very accurate with your reading. What was

happening is, that I wore two Parad rings in each middle finger, as I

thought I needed extra energy to be able to work all day and then to do hot

yoga, hot yoga is very intense workout in 119 degrees F. temperature.

However, I have been doing yoga at different times, so I keep changing my

routine, and my spirit aspect of me is rather confused.

Any how, I will stick to 'Durga' as she is my deity. I have gone back to

listening the 'Lalita sahasranama', I have instructions for the 'SriSuktam

Pooja'. I will start doing this, starting Navaratri. I will go back to a

fixed routine starting Sept. 26th.

I was fortunate enough to find contact for a Shastri from the

'Bhuvaneshwari' Temple in India, he is in the US now, and en-route to

Calgary, may come to Vancouver for a few days. He has suggested, [this is

just via phone], that I wear plain rudrakshas of 54 bead mala in gold.

According to ShastriJi, these are baby rudrakshas, and have no lines for the

pods to determine the number of mukhis. He will be sending me some next

week, we'll discuss money later. I don't think they're expensive. I had

not heard of this before. So I am paying attention to everyone's advice,

and learning to bring my focus on one deity.

I don't lack faith, it's just that I feel, I am not servicing other deities,

and become overwhelmed.

I have one other question, My altar is in a closed. right now, the

[wallpaper] is pictures of all the different deities, sort of in a collage.

Now I have bought all these Yantras. So my question is, do I remove the

pictures or hang my yantras [framed] on top of the pictures???

God Bless!

RBSC : Re: lalita sahasranama for lada's money wishes

And, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

much love,

elizabeth
