Guest guest
Dear Oleji, Namaste Let's just say that the beads pick up "extraneous" personal vibrations from one who borrows and wears another's mala for an extended period. This may interest you: Curious people would see the smooth Chikna beads round my collar with the rest of the Siddh Mala combo under clothing against the skin. Some would ask to see the entire strand and enquire "Where did you get these unique "Wooden" beads from?? and grab and feel them up and down :-) On the other hand, those from Hindu backgrounds, pandits, priests and especially swamis would stand at a distance (not coming into my immediate 'personal space', metaphorically speaking) to admire the Mala and ask questions from where they are standing or sitting. All of them respectfully would not touch my mala unless I invite them to.
