Sorry to hear you're having a bad day but try to cheer up. Do

something enjoyable, talk a walk, breathing exercies, meditate, put

on the Gayatri Mantra CD or other religious Cd,etc., etc.

All problems will find the seeds of their own solutions. All is Shiva.
