(Did you ask him if it was "Chikna" or for the correct Indian name?) good quality that is on Rudra Centre website: www.rudraksh-ratna.com Use your intuition and personal preference as a guide to what color thread you like. Red, orange, gold, white, etc. Just humble suggestion: Wear them both on your neck together with Siddha mala, keep a diary for 40 days and note down the changes or developments.
