This is from Rudra Centre:

 

Yes they are calling single faced Brahmarupa and double faced as

Gauri Shankar . Regarding efficacy of rudraksha depending on size

there is lot of variation in books written by different authors . We

have found by experience that the beads that are healthy , well

defined and large in size are most effective . Nepalese beads are

all large sized and are most effective .
