I don't have the attachment but..... I don't think rudraksham CAN be

patented. It's not an invention;it's a natural fruit.

It would be like trying to patent corn, or wild blueberries.

 

A patented process or mechanism would have to have an inventor. Wold

have to be an artifact. So, the only one able to patent rudraksham

would be... Lord Shiva. <g>

You would think so but it has been done and will be done in the

future. There is no limit to corporate greed. Check out the biopiracy
