Guest guest
Hello Sy - thanks for your response. FYI - I use the South Indian chart format. Just to clarify, I was responding to Ms. Jacquie on the basis of the two seemingly unrelated statements she made about Mars in the eighth and wearing of a blue sapphire for Saturn. I do not know whether her chart was analysed or whether she simply presented what she had read or heard. I did not mean to infer that Miss Neeta or anyone else at Rudra Centre was in any way misleading her. As you probably know, astrology books are full of standardized meanings of "this planet in that house" and when curious people read these things, they believe that all the worst things are going to happen to them. I have seen this time and time again. It validates the old adage that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. When it comes to remedial measures, especially for natural malefics like Saturn and Mars, one must be very well informed. That is why I responded to Ms. Jacquie and recommended that she get a qualified opinion. If that was already provided to her, it did not sound that way based upon her original question. I have offered to take a look at her chart for this specific purpose and the offer still stands. Just wanted to be clear about where I was coming from.... love, alan , "syzenith" <syzenith> wrote: > Namaste Alanji, > > Thank you for the succinct expressions for Miss Jacquie. Guest guest
Namaste Alanji, Thanks for your kind response. I'm more acquainted with the Northern system and have a hell lot to study regarding the Southern system. Hope you won't mind me asking about bits and bobs every now and again about the Southern system. Its not everyday one comes across a Southern-chart expert such as yourself so I consider myself blessed to "meet" you here. Would like to reassure that in no way did it once cross my mind that you were inferring otherwise. Understood perfectly your previous message, hence the resonance and no 'protest' Absolutely agree too, about astrology books containing all manner of incomplete information (presenting what relevant authors/publishers believe would sell) that leaves readers to form their own, often misinformed interpretations. Was just taken aback by the 'prediction' made for Jacquie by her friend. Bless you for your generosity of spirit in offering to look at Jacquie's chart. You're a gem. Om Namah Shivaya With love Sy , "Alan Scherr" <source311@h...> wrote: > Hello Sy - thanks for your response.
