seeds and gold ring

Dear Aaron,

 

I do not know what the seeds are. I have been able to save some of

the tiny seeds inside some of the seeds, and I will try to plant

these to see if I can identify later the type of plant this is from

the leaves, etc. I need to replant some tulsi and ficus religiousa in

any case. Have a hard time with my plants, though, as the love birds

do not want to leave them alone, so I don't know how successful I

will be.

 

Regarding gold rings, there is a reference in Agni Purana, Volume 4,

page 894, as published in the "Ancient Indian Tradition and

Mythology" series that says, "One should wear a golden ring after

having worshipped with the formula of Lord Shiva."

 

I thought that I had another reference that said that a gold ring

should be worn on the right hand and on a specific finger, but, if

that were the case, I can't find it now. I shall try to refrain my

comments to actual quotes which I can produce.
