Namaste Alanji,

 

Thanks for expanding on this material. Was typing along similar

lines when I saw your post, bless you. Totally agree about

recommending rudrakshas and Navratna; I can never sing their praises

high enough. As mentioned before, the Navratna mala and rudraksha

literally saved my life.
