Dear Kishoreji

Namaskar Mitra and thank you for your message.....first of all please

understand that these are more or less normal experiences as the Kundalini wakes

up

and starts to move in the body.....please find a Kundalini Awareness Support

Group on and they will help with explaining this......there is also

a book by Sri Sri Harish Johari that is Chakras and there are part of this

book that explain some of what you describe.......If any of these experiences

become to intense simply lie on the bed or on the floor and be mindful of the

inner and outer breath for 10 minutes.....breath in Pranayama style of choice

and watch the inflow and watch the outflow of breath with steady concentration

till the body settles down to peaceful feeling....do your favorite Shanti Patha

and Gayatri Mantras to calm and settle the Neurophysiology

Hope this helps Mitra

Aum Namah Shivaya

I'm hungry for knowledge I'd like some body's help.Since July 03 I've

acquired a combination of

Rudraksha Mala combining 2,5,7,9,10 Mukhi and instead of chanting their

mantras randomly

I've taken the habit of chanting their mantras consecutively with eyes

closed every morning

during aproximatively 45 minutes without any Japa Mala and here are what

I've experienced.:-

(1) Feeling of ants walking on my body,(2) viewed sparks,(3) floded with

white light,(4) Sudden

rise in temperature(5) hearing sound of water and next time sound of bell

and there are also

other feelings that I can't explain(not all these at the same time).Pains

that I've suffering from

quite a long time have disapeared. Now few days ago I've got a Parad Bead

and and I'm aiming

to go further in this spiritual path. So could any body please tell me how

to use it and where am I where am going

and what coud be my destination?

Thank you.

Kishore.

dear kishore ji,

i had similar feeling, but not all you said, the rise in temparature was one of

them. try to chant the beeja mantra by holding that particular bead at leat 9

times. like hold the 2 mukhi bead and chat the beeja mantra. similarly for other

beads. ascending order may be followed i.e 1st for 2mukhi then 5 mukhi and so

on. what i observed by this is - different currents pass through your fingers

into your body while chanting different beeja mantra. wonderful experience. pl

try this../..
