Guest guest
Greetings, Last week Friday was the first day I wore my new Dhyan Yog pendant with mercury bead and have to tell you that I felt I was on top of the world energetically all day long. Unfortunately, that same evening due to a set of strange circumstances I was propelled into an old destructive pattern of mine that had been buried for quite some time. I am still somewhat recovering from this blow last week and am trying to gain perspective and am amazed how this combination of rudraksha and mercury could have such a powerful effect on me. I remember reading that mercury could have very strong cathartic properties that could be overwhelming for some. It seems the pendant took no time messing around and wants me to deal with unresolved issues at the core immediately. Anyway, I am amazed at the power in these beads and mercury. To have to read this senseless back and forth about whether beads have power or not seems mute when hold a pendant in your hand like the one I received last week! Anyway, back to my question: Have 11 faced rudraksha traditionally ben used by saddhus for meditation practices? How is that the 9 and 11 and 1 faced beads are recommended for Dhyan? A sadhana mala, for example, is composed of all 11 faced rudraksh, what is its main benefit? Has anyone here ever meditated with this mala? Thank you!
