Guest guest
Dear Friends, I have a Siddh Mala with one to 14 mukhi beads which I wear everyday when I meditate. I also have a Vaastu Dosh Nirvaan Yantra which is said to correct any defects in one's house from Vaastu perspective. Now I have this question after doing some reading on Feng Shui: Feng Shui is based on balancing energies - Yin(female) and Yang(Male) which sounds similar to Shakti(female) and Shiv(Male). Feng SHui helps to cure energy imbalances in one's house by cures such as crystals, wind chimes, water Fountains etc while Vaastu is more mathematical. If a person is blessed with a rudraksha mala (1 to 14 mukhi) he/she is supposed to be blessed by all the gods and if he has a Vaastu Dosh Nirvan Yantra, what place do Feng Shui cures have in this scenario, which seem to change from one year to next. Any feedback on thi topic is highly appreciated. Om Namah Shivaye. Rohini _______________ What are the 5 hot job markets for 2004? Guest guest
My brother-in-law's family is Chinese. Some of them practice Feng Shui. Actually, Feng Shui is also highly mathematical, and very complicated. Dwellings are also divided into directional areas and allignments that signify different energies, like Vaastu. Cures are also, like Vaastu, ancient-- but very different, due to cultural differences. My understanding of the system is superficial- just from observation of in-laws. Agree with you that Shati/Shiv appear to correspond with Yin/Yang. I'm not sure that Feng Shui, however, has any place in a Vaastu scenario. The systems and cultures are too different in too many improtant ways. However, I think you'll find that your meditations with your Siddh Mala-- even without other Vaastu cures, will protect you. As you said, the mala confers the protections and blessings of al the Gods. I know of my own experience that the beads break karma, and take one past the limitations of one's astrological chart.
