Guest guest Posted January 31, 2004 Report Share Posted January 31, 2004 Dear Friends In the process of researching and working with Rudraksa Therapy we have found that the Holy Rudraksa influences the Neurophysiology to trigger stress release in much the same manner as Meditation Techniques in that they will accelerate the life through bringing old stressors to the surface to be cleared When we are taught a Meditation Technique sometimes we are told that if there is any roughness experienced in our daily householder life that it is the Elephants starting to trample around in our sub conscious to realease past stresses or trauma so that we can move forward on our Path As we all know Meditation affects a great deal more than stress release however this is one of the most important areas of change in our day to day lives that has to do with physical comfort levels in the relative field of every day life of the householder When the Holy Rudraksa are recommended by Rudra Center for the first 40 day Discipline we reccomend a strong foundation of the lower Mukhi Beads to help the person through the balanceing and changes that will take place in the first 40 days. It is important that the wearer goes through these changes in a calm peaceful manner. Although we do recommend Higher Mukhi Beads for some on their first Mala we mostly recommend the One Mukhi to 12 Mukhi for reasons that are specific to a more controlled and peaceful stress release process That is why the lower Mukhi Beads are extremely important to any wearer wether they be beginning or experienced The experienced wearer will sometimes need to slow the acceleration in their life by going back to wearing the lower Mukhi Beads only as the progress to each higher level of experience and life There needs to be a time of integration that takes place on each Spiritual Path so that all the Accomplishments and changes and life can be brought into the present moment When a person wears the Holy Rudraksa each day they act much like a Lightening Arrestor that might be seen on building to protect. The acceleration of stress release is normally moderate wearing in this manner and chanting the Lord Siva Mantra for the first 40 day Discipline When a peson wears dureing Mediation and Puja then the stress release increases exponentially and due to stress release there can be roughness felt dureing the daily activities of the householder What is needed to be said is that there are different ways of wearing and different effects from wearing or holding that release stress in different ways......sometimes it is good to wear lower Mukhi Beads and sometimes it is good to wear higher Mukhi Beads and only the wearer will know this by the way their da ily life is progressing If the daily life is attracting too much change to the point that it is uncomfortable in daily life then it is good to slow down the practice.......maybe meditate with Malas on the Puja instead of on the body for example......another example is that it is good to know when to take 14 Mukhi off forehead and place on Puja for awhile because this Powerful Bead takes a person to future sight and future planning and little gets done in present moment.......so there is a time to where some of these Holy Beads and also a time to take Beads off body and place on Puja or hold in hand and do the ceremonies For each person this will be different at different times of their lives according to their Path and the their progress and their comfort levels Mentioning all this because there was a recent question about wearing the Holy Rudraksa and the possibility of feeling uncomfortable at certain times of wearing Then uncomfortabe feeling that sometimes can come needs to be recognized as stress release and not an obstacle that would prevent one from wearing....is simply part of the process of clearing all the obstacles from past stresses that have taken place in a persons life so they can go forward to Self Empowerment and Fearless Life on the Path to Enlightment and Liberation The prime need for all liveing entities on this planet is to be comfortable and happy at each moment of their life as they walk their chosen Path. To each and every liveing entity this means that the process sometimes seen......... as forced learning...... by forced reaction......... to problems of pain and suffereing and stress is not needed Devotees who chant the Holy Mantras and wear the Holy Rudraksa can pacify this unacceptable process of forced learning by reaction to pain and suffereing and they can find some peace and comfort in this life without so much struggling to simply be Happy........ in the process of fullfilling their Destiny In the process of chanting and wearing a person needs to know that their bodies and minds need time to catch up and integrate the Spiritual and Physical changes that take place from intense Spiritual Practice so sometimes it is good to slow the process of Practice and Accelation down to a calm speed so we can enjoy the present moment as was intended by Almighty God Aum NamaSivaya Sivaya Nama Aum Dhanyavaad cha Pranams Mitra DharmaDev Arya Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not only during these activities but also when I repeat mantras and do Vedic recitation. In fact I can feel the heat increasing in the beads. The same process occurs if I hold the lose beads I am not presently wearing in my hands during my TM sessions. Some day I will try to use the 14 muhki in my forehead during my meditation.
