Guest guest
I would like to mention that generally most astrologers believe that sade sati is (of 7.5 yrs) is quite troublesome in the first year like name/fame, etc are damaged but on the other hand it showers huge benefits in the middle of the period and then again gives a huge parting kick...the benefit or the kick depends on the antardasha...but the middle part is good anyway. As a hindsight I wonder whether this is because when Lord Hanuman was affected he had tied up Shaniji during the middle part.. because intial part went in fight and the last part went in release and apology... Guest guest
Dear Rohini,, it is said that in the first four years of life a child suffers the karmas of his mother, then his father's and then only his or her own. This is the reason why in HIndu Astrology, no charts are read for small children before the age of 12. Saturn always brings some hardship, no matter how well he might be situated in a chart. It is said that a Saadi Sati causes Chatra Bhanga or breaking of umbrella. That means it is affecting those, who protect us. It is often found that during the first Saadi Sati you loose your grandparents (or one of them), in the second your parents and in the third your own life. The moon in everybody's chart represents the mother. When Saturn during Saadi Sati, which takes about seven and half years, travels over the moon of your child, then your life is directy affected, so I think its very advisable to try and please Lord Saturn as has already been suggested by our friends in Lord Shiva here on the list. Sincerely, Christina Monsoonhouse Int. Kovalam/Kerala contact: christianecameron
Guest guest
Namaste Christiane, Absolutely agree with your definition of Sade Sati, very well put "the breaking of the umbrella". Also taking the traditional belief that no charts should be read for a child under 12 if it can be helped, i.e. only in exceptional cases. And in resonance with all our respected friends' advice here about placating Lord Shani (Saturn). Ommms and good wishes, Simone , christiane cameron <christianecameron@m...> wrote: > Dear Rohini,, > > it is said that in the first four years of life a child suffers the > karmas of his mother, then his father's and then only his or her own. > This is the reason why in HIndu Astrology, no charts are read for small > children before the age of 12. > Saturn always brings some hardship, no matter how well he might be > situated in a chart. Sapphire, gold, black cloth, oil, horse bean, music, flowers, Dakshina Also if you need all planet favourable to you then chant Sri Nrsimha Kavacham every day three times. This Kavacham is composed by Bhakta Pralhad and is given in Brahmanda Puran. If you need this kavacah I will email you a copy. Just chanting this kavacha one can become Lord's favourite and all palnet's including saturn 'Vakra Drishti' will be removed. So you can teach your children this kavacha mantra. It is 3 pages and very powerfull. It is said that 1000 names of Vishnu (Vishnu Sahastra Nama) is equal to one name of Rama. 3 names of Rama is one name of Krishna (Nrsimha). The person who regularly chants this kavacham gets victory in Trilok among demigods, humans and all living entities. Chanting this kavacham for 32000 times brings all auspicious.
