Guest guest
Hello Om Shanti {Neil} and all, jb} Thank you for your thoughts. "As It is" .. IS written in an interesting style, almost as though the intended audience was to be very young ! It's slow reading .. but being it's the only one I have I'll read it through, then get one you recommend. My real hope is to find reference {somewhere} to the three-eyed-goddess .. and to ancient astronomy from India . The three-eyed-goddess goes back to the time of the transition from the gods to man. jb .. ..
Guest guest
Hari OM the Bhagavad Gita as it is - is far to long winded and way off base when it comes to Lord Krishna - if Krishna is your ista devata then it's not that bad other wise it's a big yawn - It reminds me of Yogananda's 2 part Gita which is a commercial for Kriya Yoga - if you want to learn the Gita go here: http://www.bhagavad-gita.org/ or you can get The Bhagavad Gita by Winthrop Sargeant study it in the original sanskrit - translate it for yourself - it is a scriture that teaches and does not grow old or stale - each time you dive into it you come out renewed Jai Bhagavan Love baba , "Jim Bowles" <jimbow1@m...> wrote: > Hello Om Shanti {Neil} and all, > > jb} Thank you for your thoughts.
