Guest guest
Dear Jonasji Namaskar Mitra and thank you for your message......the Holy Rudraksa are really most effective when worn directly on the skin............if they cannot touch the body or be held durenig Puja then they are not as effective........they are still with you and you are in their prescence if they are in a pouch however it is not the same as wearing directly on the skin The 40 day disciplines teach that there might be one day in the discipline timeframe where you simply cannot wear for one reason or another and this is a day that is expected this day can be identified as the day of breakthrough where you would wear the mala despite any obstacles placed in your path..........wearing your mala on this day and on to the completion of the 40 th day will complete the process of the first 40 days of wearing If the effect of the mala is to strong then start with wearing only an hour a day and build up for 40 days however the synergistic combination of Beads of the Siddh Mala has been designed to provide a balanced foundation for the first time wearer and to serve as a powerful mala as years go by After the first 40 days a person can place on alter if they wish or place in pouch to carry with them if that is what is needed Wearing dureing meditation each day has powerful positive effects on daily life when intent and purpose is introduced into your meditation........is best to experience these positive effects in a slow and easy calm manner Hope this helps Thanks and Take Care DharmaDev In a message dated 7/22/2004 4:00:05 PM Pacific Standard Time, jonaslennevald writes: > > > Dear members, > > Thank you for your presence at this forum that has been and shall be > ever delighting. > > To introduce my self in respect of the Rudraksha-field, I've been a > member of this group for some time, thou passive. Guest guest
Dear members, Thank you for your presence at this forum that has been and shall be ever delighting. To introduce my self in respect of the Rudraksha-field, I've been a member of this group for some time, thou passive. From time to time I have been reading the messages and found alot of unbeliveably enlightened and charming souls. Thank you all! Appreciate the kindnes that you show to eachother. As a client of Rudra Centre in India I intend to show my appreciation to Ms. Neeta. I've never found such a serviceminded person ever in any field whatsoever. Quite recently I decided to buy a Siddh Mala from Rudra Centre, and I would be ever thankful for any input in respect of the wearing, purification, worshipping, side-effects (if any), effects, etc., etc. Is it mandatory to wear the Siddh Mala (around the neck) for 40 days uninterrupted or can I just carry it along in a pouch initially, or/and after the 40 day initial period? Can I wear the mala in a pouch if the effect of the mala is too strong? Or should I place it on my altar? As my life is in some kind of turmoil right now there would be very kind of you to advise how I'm ought to act on the effects of the Siddh Mala. May the Lord bless you all in every way! Kind regards, Jonas

Guest guest
Dear Rajeswaraji Thanks for your reply Mitra..............yes wearing the mala for 40 days straight at least once dureing each day..............40 day disciplines are discussed in Thomas Ashley Farrands Book Healing Mantras......www.sanskritmantra.com .......A discipline of forty days is the time given for practiceing mantra in the Eastern Texts............sages taught this process centuries before Noah walked the earth Is a good example to follow since we chant the Mantra Aum Namah Shivaya when we put on and then take off...............and there are some who also chant the bij mantras for the Devata of the Rudraksa they are wearing as is suggested in the Sri MadDeviBhagavatam if I remember correctly It is the wearing of the mala for 40 days even with minimal chanting of mantra Aum Namah Shivaya for as many times as you wish in a day that maintains the Blessings of Lord Siva and at the same time works on your positive intent and purpose for wearing............can accelerate or increase experience to a higher frequencey by chanting the bij mantras for each bead worn or accelerateing further by doing daily Puja with the Rudraksa...choice is yours and practices differ according to any of the different methods you choose.........Pujas differ according to need and choice also Best is to try and wear with mantra for first 40 days and then see what changes take place hope this helps Dhanyavaad cha Pranams Mitra DharmaDev In a message dated 7/22/2004 11:30:08 PM Pacific Standard Time, sarvadu writes: > > > > dearest dda ji, > > pranams and om namah shivaya > > very well said. but what is the 40 day discipline all about? is it just > wearing the beads/mala for 40 days without a break or any specific procedure is > to be followed. any guidelines? rules to be followed etc.....? > > your response and views of other will be highly be helpul to one and all.. > > om namah shivaya > > with regards, > rajeswara > > > > > AumShiningLotus wrote: > Dear Jonasji > > Namaskar Mitra and thank you for your message......the Holy Rudraksa are > really most effective when worn directly on the skin............if they > cannot > touch the body or be held durenig Puja then they are not as > effective........they > are still with you and you are in their prescence if they are in a pouch > however it is not the same as wearing directly on the skin > > The 40 day disciplines teach that there might be one day in the discipline > timeframe where you simply cannot wear for one reason or another and this is > a > day that is expected > > this day can be identified as the day of breakthrough where you would wear > the mala despite any obstacles placed in your path..........wearing your > mala on > this day and on to the completion of the 40 th day will complete the process > > of the first 40 days of wearing > > If the effect of the mala is to strong then start with wearing only an hour > a > day and build up for 40 days however the synergistic combination of Beads of > > the Siddh Mala has been designed to provide a balanced foundation for the > first time wearer and to serve as a powerful mala as years go by > > After the first 40 days a person can place on alter if they wish or place in > > pouch to carry with them if that is what is needed > > Wearing dureing meditation each day has powerful positive effects on daily > life when intent and purpose is introduced into your meditation........is > best > to experience these positive effects in a slow and easy calm manner > > Hope this helps > > Thanks and Take Care > > DharmaDev > In a message dated 7/22/2004 4:00:05 PM Pacific Standard Time, > jonaslennevald writes: > > > > > > >Dear members, > > > >Thank you for your presence at this forum that has been and shall be > >ever delighting. > > > >To introduce my self in respect of the Rudraksha-field, I've been a > >member of this group for some time, thou passive.
